LET THE SEASON BEGIN! It is great to have college football back and it is great to have games that actually mean something. Here are my top ten games to watch on week 1:

1.) Alabama vs Clemson (in Atlanta)   ABC at 8pm
2.) USC @ Virginia   ABC at 3:30pm
3.) Illinois @ Missouri   ESPN at 8:30pm
4.) Tennessee @ UCLA  ESPN at 8pm (Monday)
5.) Washington @ Oregon  ESPN at 10pm
6.) Oregon State @ Stanford ESPN2 at 9pm (Thursday)
7.) Utah @ Michigan  ABC at 3:30pm
8.) App. State @ LSU  ESPN at 5pm
9.) NC St. @ S. Caroilna  ESPN at 8pm (Thursday)
10.) Kentucky @ Louisville  ESPN at 3:30 (Sunday)

Ok, I know by now that you are probably sick of hearing of Brett Favre. Now you know how I have been feeling the last 10 years! Why do we make this guy the “Football Jesus?” He loses more big games than he wins, complains a lot, is a selfish guy and a former perscription drug addict. Why is this guy so popular? Is it becuase he plays in Green Bay, or that he is a southern guy? Why?

     Think what the media would have said if Terrell Owens pulled the same crap Brett Favre has. Yet, Brett Favre has always gotten a pass in the media. If you even THINK about making criticism about Brett, people act like you have just sinned. Peyton Manning STILL hears crap about not winning the big game, yet he has the same amount of rings as Brett. Just an outsider being honest…..
